Rethink the wall from the ground up.

Drywall has been the default for decades — but it’s slow, messy, and permanent. Innovare demountable wall systems install faster, leave no dust or debris behind, and give building owners the flexibility to reconfigure years down the road without a full gut renovation.

For contractors, that translates directly into faster schedules, fewer subcontractor dependencies, and a finished product that positions you as a forward-thinking firm — not just a commodity builder.

Walls that don’t slow you down.

Drywall requires framing, hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, priming, and painting — each step adding days and dependencies to your schedule. Demountable walls compress that entire sequence into a single clean trade.

One Trade. One Sequence.

Demountable wall installation is a single, self-contained trade. No multi-phase coordination between framers, drywall hangers, tapers, and painters. One crew comes in and completes the wall — finished, floor to ceiling.

No Cure Time. No Delays.

Drywall compounds require curing time before sanding and painting. Demountable walls are installed and done. There’s no waiting period before adjacent trades can move in, which compresses your critical path.

Punch List — Practically Eliminated.

Because panels are prefabricated to spec, you’re not dealing with field-applied finishes that chip, crack, or vary. What comes off the truck is what goes on the wall — clean, consistent, and ready.

18% Recycled Content

Nearly one in five of our products incorporates recycled materials — and that number continues to grow as we refine our supply chain.

Recyclable Packaging

Our packaging is fully recyclable, and foam packing blocks are collected and reused across multiple deliveries — not sent to a landfill.

Recycled Cotton Insulation

Acoustic performance is achieved using recycled cotton insulation — not fiberglass — keeping more material out of the waste stream.

26% of Landfill Waste Is Drywall

Landfills are 75% demolition waste, and drywall accounts for 26% of that total. Modular walls avoid this cycle entirely — disassemble, don’t demolish.

Contractor's Team Working

Integrated Into Your Construction Process

Innovare works alongside general contractors, project managers, architects, and trades to keep furniture and architectural products aligned with the broader construction schedule. By staying involved throughout the project, we gain a clear understanding of critical milestones, site conditions, and the sequence of work happening around us.

Our team regularly participates in construction meetings, coordinates deliveries with electrical, plumbing, ceiling, and finish work, and identifies potential conflicts before products arrive on site. This early and ongoing communication helps reduce delays, avoid unnecessary change orders, and keep installation from disrupting other trades.

How We Work With Your Team

Pre-Construction Alignment

We join your team at the kickoff. Our rep reviews construction drawings, identifies wall locations, and maps our scope against the existing trade schedule before ground is even broken.

Active Meeting Participation

Your Innovare rep attends OAC and coordination meetings throughout the project. We track rough-in progress and adjust our delivery and installation windows to stay in sync with your schedule.

Sequenced Delivery

Walls arrive when you need them — not before they’d be in the way, not after you’ve already moved on. We coordinate delivery dates around your MEP milestones and ceiling grid completion.

Clean Handoff

When installation is complete, we leave the space ready for the next trade — no dust, no debris, no sanding residue. The finished product is on the wall, and your punch list stays short.
